Returns and Refunds

  • Non-Returnable Items: Food items are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Damaged Goods: If your merchandise arrives damaged, we’re here to assist you!
    • Damaged goods must be reported within 2 weeks of delivery.
    • To initiate a return, please email memberinfo@clubfortified.com with the following:
      1. A clear photo of the damaged product.
      2. A completed return request form (provided upon request).
    • Once approved, damaged goods must be returned following the provided instructions.

Additional Information

  • We do not offer refunds on any food items or accept returns unless the product is damaged upon arrival.
